Codes of Conduct

The nature of the field of research and development and its vital impacts on society and nature demand that R&D activities be carried out with honesty, impartiality, fairness and equity and that members of the R&D community be dedicated to the protection of public health, safety, and welfare. Furthermore, R&D professionals must observe a standard of professional behavior, which requires adherence to principles of ethical conduct with respect to the public, clients, and colleagues.

ELECTROCOM maintains a tradition of conducting its research and development activities in an ethical manner that reflects our respect for society and nature. We give paramount consideration to the effects of our activities on both humanity and the environment.

ELECTROCOM strives to work only with suppliers and consultants who meet our stringent employment and environmental practices requirements. Our compliance teams evaluate the background and capability of every supplier, factory, and laboratory before we approve of any association. Thereafter, our compliance teams regularly monitor suppliers and facilities to ensure strict compliance.
